For Ryan, being a trial lawyer is not a job; it’s a blessing and an honor. As a lifelong resident of Texas, born in Spur (near Lubbock) and raised in Houston, he possesses a strong sense of small-town values coupled with big-city experience. After completing his undergraduate education at Baylor University and obtaining his law degree from South Texas College of Law, Ryan quickly established his reputation as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Texas. During his time as a prosecutor, Ryan tried numerous trials to verdict aggressively, and with an unyielding passion for doing what was right and holding people accountable for their wrongful actions.

Ryan’s extensive trial experience is best demonstrated by his trying more than 50 jury trials to verdict. That courtroom record, and his approach during negotiations, reflect a career spent preparing every matter as though it will be tried.
